Whiskey Pete University --- Where he 1950s Never Ended
Pete Hegseth apparently looked across the entire American education system and decided Hillsdale College was just the outfit to help reshape what America's military children learn. Because when you're preparing kids for the diverse, complicated world of the 21st century....apparently the answer is to grab the ideological time machine and set the damn thing for 1955.
Well, THIS ought to make everybody feel better....
Apparently, Alcoholic Whiskey Pete Hegseth has finished solving all those pesky little DEFENSE problems and has WON the IRAN war more tha 40 times so far.... so NOW he has found some spare time to start screwing around with the education of MILITARY CHILDREN.
Because apparently being Secretary of Defense wasn't enough. And yes, it is Secretary of DEFENSE ....because only Congress can change the name of a cabinet department.
Whiskey Pete has apparently appointed himself Secretary of Education, Secretary of Culture, Secretary of Testosterone and Supreme Commander of What Your Kids Are Allowed to Learn... And he finds time to do all this while checking the genitals of his soldiers to make sure they're not hiding anything in their pants. :) :)
The Pentagon school system educates roughly 70,000 children of military and civilian personnel in about 160 schools across 11 countries. And Hegseth is pushing it toward his preferred version of “patriotic values” and “classical learning,” including a new Western Civilization course centered heavily on Christianity. Because God knows RELIGION has created its fair share of wars....
And here's where this gets REALLY interesting....
The textbook being used is published by a conservative publishing house whos Financial partners include The Heritage Foundation the creators of Project 2025!! SMH !!! Tehg nbooks contain lesson plans developed in partnership with HILLSDALE COLLEGE .... where apparently the 1950s aren't history....they're a BUSINESS PLAN.
Originally founded as Michigan Central College in 1844, Hillsdale today has transformed itself into a major radical, WHITE, conservative educational institution, proudly refusing government funding and resisting federal reporting requirements.... including the usual racial demographic reporting.
This makes Hillsdale an absolutely fascinating choice to help shape what 70,000 military children learn about Western civilization. :) :)
Nothing screams “prepare America's children for an enormously diverse 21st-century world” quite like turning to an ideological college that describes its mission as preserving the Western inheritance of “Athens and Jerusalem.”
Apparently the Pentagon searched the entire American higher-education system and concluded....
HARVARD? Nope.
YALE? Nope.
MIT? Nope.
MICHIGAN? Nope.
Let's go with a little, white, racist institution that no one's ever heard of before .... because it fits our agenda. WOMEN HAVE THEIR PLACE!!
Historians who reviewed portions of the new "PRO AMERICA" syllabus for the Associated Press said the MAJORITY of the history teachings are misleading....including portraying Judaism, Christianity and Western civilization almost interchangeably while presenting Islam much more negatively.
So apparently we're not satisfied teaching kids HISTORY anymore.
We're going to give them the Pete Hegseth Director's Cut.

Constitutional Government 101: Please Skip That Awkward First Amendment Chapter... WE ONLY NEED TO FOCUS ON THE SECOND.
Because THAT is the part these self-appointed constitutional scholars continually seem to misplace somewhere between the Second Amendment and the merchandise table.
Want children to study Christianity? GREAT. Teach Christianity. Teach Judaism. Teach Islam. Teach Hinduism. Teach Buddhism. Teach secular philosophy. Teach the Enlightenment.
Teach the Greeks, Romans, Egyptians and Mesopotamians.
And then teach children the absolutely terrifying concept that apparently scares the living hell out of political ideologues....
HOW TO THINK INSTEAD OF WHAT TO THINK.
These are the children of Americans serving their country. Their classrooms shouldn't become anybody's political laboratory....Republican OR Democrat.
Teach them history....the glorious parts, the ugly parts, the uncomfortable parts and the parts that make us proud.
Because patriotism isn't teaching children that America has never screwed up.
Patriotism is teaching them that America is strong enough to tell the truth about itself.
