Another REPUBLICAN Assassin

Folks, that's the THIRD one that has taken a go at TRUMP. This one grew up in a staunchly right-wing cult household. What made him go after the Fascist in Chief? šŸ‘‰šŸ‘‰šŸ‘‰ The Epstein Files. I guess he took the idea of the death penalty for pedophilia seriously?

Another alleged attacker…another person with STRONG right-wing ties. That makes three individuals who had tight connections to conservative or pro-Trump space before turning on him.

All three accused assassins reportedly grew up in a deeply right-wing households. What pushed him over the edge? Some point to renewed attention around the Epstein files. If you spend years screaming about predators and ā€œlaw and order,ā€ and then your own guy’s name keeps surfacing in uncomfortable places, that cognitive dissonance can hit like a truck.

And this isn’t the first time someone from inside the tent lashed out. The earlier shooter was reportedly a registered Republican. Another suspect had previously voted for Trump.

There’s a pattern political scientists have observed for decades: movements built around intense personal loyalty (CULTS) can sometimes produce instability from within. When a leader becomes mythologized, supporters who take the rhetoric literally may feel betrayed if reality doesn’t match the mythology.

Most supporters don’t act on that frustration. A tiny fraction sometimes does ....and that’s where things get dangerous.

Political violence has historically come primarily from RIGHT-WING RADICALS. The lesson is that when politics becomes apocalyptic and tribal, the temperature rises for everyone. Movements fueled by outrage can eventually burn their own house down.

Democracy survives on boring things like due process, evidence, and institutions…not cults of personality. When loyalty to a person outruns loyalty to the Constitution, history gets messy. And history is very clear about what happens when political rhetoric turns into permission structures for violence.
