Palantir's "ELITE" system is being used in immigration enforcement to identify and prioritize targets through advanced analytics, and the ICE contract powering it has ballooned to over $145 million. Amnesty International has formally called on Palantir to immediately cease their work with the US administration related to immigration enforcement, citing violations of internationally recognized human rights standards.
Meanwhile in the UK, Palantir is combining criminal records with financial information to build profiles of ordinary citizens, racking up at least £670 million in government contracts, including a secret deal with Britain's nuclear weapons agency, all awarded without competitive tender.
Critics are now using the word "panopticon" to describe what Palantir is becoming: a centralized, all-seeing database with no real oversight and a direct pipeline into the Trump administration's most aggressive enforcement operations.... run by a man who named it after the all-seeing crystal orb from Lord of the Rings and has already told you he doesn't believe in democracy.
He built the surveillance. He picked the politicians. He funded the movement. And he's been doing it quietly, patiently, and very expensively for three decades while most of America wasn't paying attention.

One theologian who studied his worldview up close concluded that Thiel is a heretic, not only against religion but against our entire economic and political order. Even the church thinks he's off the rails.
And here's the kicker that should make everyone's head explode.... Thiel is a gay man, married to his partner Matt Danzeisen since 2017, who has spent hundreds of millions of dollars electing politicians hell-bent on erasing LGBTQ rights. He funds his own oppressors without blinking. Because this was never about values. It was always about power.
