Through the Wexner Foundation, he has funded leadership programs for Israeli public officials, military officers, and civil-service leaders. The foundation works closely with institutions like Harvard’s Kennedy School to train Israeli government leaders.

Wexner has also supported Birthright Israel, the program that sends young Jewish adults to Israel to strengthen cultural and historical ties. Birthright has received billions collectively from donors, and Wexner has been part of that philanthropic network.

First piece of the puzzle is Epstein’s inexplicable wealth. By his own admission he managed money for extremely wealthy clients, yet no one has ever produced a clear list of those clients or the mechanism that generated his fortune.

Intelligence fronts historically hide funding streams exactly like that. If someone were running a blackmail operation, you would expect opaque finances.
